Watch the video twice, try to explain the recipe to your partner, and finally, copy the text on your exercise book.
Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl. Place the bowl into a gently simmering pan of water.
While the chocolate is melting wash the strawberries in a bowl of water and then pat dry on kitchen paper.
Remove the melted chocolate from the pan of water. Grab a strawberry by the green stalk and dip into the melted chocolate making sure it is covered all over with the chocolate. Hold the strawberry above the bowl letting any access chocolate drip off.
Leave on a plate or grease proof paper to set and repeat step 3 with the rest of the strawberries
